Southern Lakes Memory Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with dementia and their caregivers. We offer our social respite program and training for long term care facilities and home agencies. Our goal is to help individuals with dementia and their caregivers feel supported, engaged and valued. Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of those affected by dementia.
